Report is placed on record. It appears that no CCTV camera was available at the place of occurrence. However, the incident had been recorded in a mobile phone by a witness. Materials evidence on record including the recording in mobile phone prima facie disclose role of the petitioners in the alleged crime. The victim died due to the assault. Accordingly, in view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the instant case, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
