An injured suffered bullet injury as transpiring from the injury reports.

The injured implicates the petitioner in firing the firearm by which, he suffered such bullet injury.

Court is informed that one bullet is still lodged in the body of the victim.

In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 769 of 2024 is dismissed.
