Mr. Tarak Nath Halder Mr. Madhab Roy Chowdhury ... For the petitioner This application is filed with a prayer to ensure the submission of handwriting report as well as for early disposal of the Title Suit No.208 of 2004.

Considering the nature of prayer, i.e., expeditious disposal, I find hardly any necessity to ask for service of notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with. From the record, it appears that the title suit is pending since 2004 and the report of the handwriting expert is pending since 2015.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas, is requested to take all necessary steps to ensure submission of the handwriting expert report within two weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order. Learned Judge is also requested to dispose of the Title Suit which is pending since 2004, as expeditiously

as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to the suit. With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 746 of 2023, stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas, forthwith.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
