The petitioner has moved the writ petition alleging that the District Magistrate, Hooghly has not dispose of the proceeding under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, initiated by the petitioners. Ms. Sengupta, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State-respondents has handed over an order of the District Magistrate, Hooghly which indicates that the direction has been passed for obtaining the possession of the secured asset. Under such circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of noting that the necessary order has been passed. The petitioners are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
