It is submitted on behalf of the applicant/petitioner that in compliance with the order under contempt, the alleged contemnors/respondent authorities have taken up the matter for consideration and date of hearing has been fixed tomorrow, that is, 28th April, 2022. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to hold that the order dated 8th October, 2021 has been complied with by the alleged contemnors/respondent authorities. Accordingly, the contempt application being CPAN 253 of 2022 is disposed of.
