The grievance of the petitioner is that notwithstanding securing an order under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the petitioner is unable to realize the amount so determined from M/s. MPS Greenerys Developers Limited since all its properties have been attached in another proceeding.

The petitioner is, however, unable to produce the order of attachment.

In view thereof, to provide an opportunity to the petitioner to produce the relevant orders, let this matter stand adjourned and appear under the same heading on 18.09.2023.
