The present writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the 7th Industrial Tribunal, West Bengal, respondent no.2 herein to dispose of the Case No. 33/10/(1B) (d)/2014 as pending before it within a specified time frame.

On hearing the parties and considering the materials on record, it appears that the said case is pending since the year 2014.

More than 10 years have passed but the proceeding has not been concluded.

It is submitted that the petitioner is thus being severely prejudiced.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the 7th Industrial Tribunal, West Bengal will dispose of the said Case No. 33/10/(1B) (d)/2014 in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 5597 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
