The Officer-in-Charge, Watgunge Police Station has filed a report dated 6th April, 2023 and the same is taken on record.

It appears that in course of investigation it was found that the petitioner went to Dubai on 23rd February, 2023 and returned to Kolkata on 1st March, 2023. He has been, therefore, discharged from the investigation into the subject FIR.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
