Mr. Jana, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that payments have been made to his client and duly received. Mr. Jana, however, submits that there are some minor discrepancies in the calculation.

The same may be taken up with the Office of the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Kolkata.

In view of the aforesaid directions, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application.

CPAN 313 of 2026 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

The personal appearance of the alleged contemnor, if any, shall stand dispensed with. 7.

There will be no order as to costs.
