Heard learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

None appears on behalf of the respondents.

On perusal of the writ petition it appears that the petitioner made a representation on 8th February, 2021, being annexure "P-1" at page 16 of the writ petition, before the respondent No.3 making prayer for effecting OTS of the loan account in question and other reliefs. Considering the facts of this case, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation, being annexure "P-1" to the writ petition, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and his authorised representative and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
