Let this matter be treated as an "Intra Court Appeal".

The appeal is directed against an interim order dated 12th February, 2021. Affidavits have been called and final hearing is pending.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that the subject matter of the writ petition has been finally decided in WPA 14166 of 2021 dated 24th January, 2022.

The writ petitioner may, therefore, approach the Single Bench for final disposal of the writ petition accordingly.

With the aforesaid observations, the appeal is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
