The order dated September 12, 2024 was passed in relation to a connected matter being WPA 20445 of 2024. Thus the said order be deleted and a new order be incorporated, as follows:- "The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal has already passed an order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous."

There shall be no order as to costs.

The petitioner is granted liberty to take back the certified copy upon furnishing a photocopy thereof. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
