Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Apparently, the petitioner defalcated funds belonging to a legal entity.

Police could not find the petitioner at Jamshedpur. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the offences alleged. The amount involved is in excess of Rs.38 lakhs.

In view of the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1046 of 2023 is dismissed.
