The State of West Bengal and others None appears for the petitioner or for the respondents.

The order dated 12.04.2018 passed by a coordinate Bench reflects that the report was submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Liluah Police Station wherein it was stated that Liluah Police Station Case No.95 of 2018 dated 05.04.2018 was registered for investigation against the private respondents. Having considered the fact that more than six years have passed since the initiation of the case which was registered for investigation, I am of the view that nothing survives in the present writ petition.

Consequently, the writ petition being WPA 4513 of 2018 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
