For the petitioner By reason of a typographical error in the penultimate line of the first page of the order dated 20th June, 2024, the name of the Ministry has been incorporated as 'Urban Development' in place and stead of 'Home Affairs'. Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the order dated 20th June, 2024.

The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
