This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for direction upon the learned Appellate Court for early disposal of the Ejectment Appeal No. 21 of 2022. Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party. Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court, Alipore is requested to dispose of the Ejectment Appeal No. 21 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the Learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court, Alipore.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
