The allegation is that the victim, being the mother of the defacto complainant, was insulted by the petitioner and her husband. The victim could not tolerate such conduct being meted out to her and committed suicide. We have seen the material in the case diary including statements recorded under sections 161/164 of the Code. Charge sheet has been filed. The petitioner's husband has been enlarged on bail by the Learned Court below. Having considered the nature and gravity of the allegations and the material on record and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, we are of the view that immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure until further orders. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 2350 of 2021 is, thus, allowed.
