Though in the presentation form the date of listing of the instant application for special leave to appeal is stated to be on 13th April, 2022, it has been listed this day. Learned Advocate for the petitioner is present. This is an application for special leave to appeal against an order of acquittal passed in favour of the private opposite parties in G.R. Case No. 3416/2010 vide order dated 05.10.2021.

I have perused the petition for special leave to appeal and the impugned judgment. There is sufficient ground to admit the application for special leave to appeal. Therefore, the application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to file memorandum of appeal within 30 days from the date of this order.
