This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application filed under Order XIV Rule 2(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in Partition Suit No. 509 of 2024 praying for framing of preliminary issue and deciding the same first.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to

dispose of the petitioner's application under Order XIV Rule 2(2) of the Code as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit. 4.

C.O. 836 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
