Since the issues involved in these writ petitions are similar in nature, the same are taken up analogously.

The report of the Public Service Commission in a sealed cover has been placed before this Court today by the learned advocate representing the Public Service Commission. The sealed envelope has been opened in open Court in the presence of the learned advocates representing all the parties.

It appears that all the answers of each and every candidate were re-evaluated. The cut-off marks had undergone a change pursuant to the revised reevaluation. The total number of qualified candidates has increased from 479 to 482. Out of the earlier 479

candidates, 6 candidates no longer remain in the revised list. 9 new candidates have been included in the revised list as they secured the requisite cut-off marks.

The petitioners have been found to be successful at this stage and the name of the petitioners in both the writ petitions has been enlisted in the list of selected candidates.

The Public Service Commission seeks leave to upload the list of selected candidates in the official website.

6.

Leave sought for by the Public Service Commission stands allowed.

The Commission is directed to forthwith upload the list of selected candidates of the West Bengal Judicial Service (Preliminary) Examination, 2023 initiated vide Advertisement No.19/2023.

8.

The Commission shall take further necessary steps for conclusion of the examination in accordance law at the earliest.

9.

The writ petitions stand disposed of.

10.

Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

11.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
