1. The petitioner appearing in person seeks for certain direction to fill up the vacancies in the various courts in the State of West Bengal and in this regard has referred to the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Malik Mazhar Sultan v. Uttar Pradesh Public Commission & Others in (2008) 17 SCC 703.

2. The matter is being dealt with in the administrative side and periodical reports have also been submitted to the Hon'ble Supreme Court as to how the timelines fixed in Malik Mazhar Sultan's judgment is being followed by the High Court at Calcutta.

3. Therefore, the matter will be dealt with in the administrative side and a copy of this writ petition be placed before the Hon'ble Recruitment Committee for consideration.

4. Accordingly, the matter is disposed of.
