It is a changed brief to one Mr. Panchanan Hajra. He has prayed for an adjournment, which is not granted.
The matter relates to giving notional benefit to the petitioner.
Therefore, I direct the Chairman, District Primary School Council, being the respondent no. 3, to hold a meeting with the school and also with the petitioner within a period of three weeks from date and to give an opportunity of hearing to both the parties and to take a decision as to the notional benefit whether to be given to the petitioner or not and to pass a reasoned and speaking order by two weeks from the date of hearing
and to serve it upon the petitioner by oen week from the date of the order.
With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
