We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected on merits in December, 2023. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge.

4. Under such circumstances, we do not wish to release the petitioner on bail, lest it would hamper the smooth progress in trial.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
