After going through the order-sheets appended to the civil revisional application this Court finds that the service upon some of the defendants is yet to be effected. Thus the suit is not ready as regards service. Therefore, at this stage no direction for expeditious hearing of the suit can be passed.

With the above observation, C.O. 878 of 2025 stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
