Mr. Amit Kr. Pan Mrs. Tanusri Santra ... for the petitioner By order dated 6th October, 2023 the petitioner was directed to serve notice upon the learned Additional Government Pleader requesting him to produce the record of L.A. Case No.4/7 of 2000-2001.

Mrs. Tanusri Santra, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in compliance to the aforesaid order, notice has been served upon the learned Additional Government Pleader. She files photostat copy of the notice, which is taken on record.

Despite service of notice neither the Staterespondent is represented nor the records have been produced.

Learned Additional Government Pleader is requested to produce the record of L.A. Case No.4/7 of 2000-2001 in compliance to order dated 6th October, 2023 on the next date fixed.

Let the matter appear two weeks after ensuing winter vacation.

Petitioner is directed to serve notice upon the learned Additional Government Pleader annexing the day's order.
