And In Re : Tapas Das .... Petitioner Ms. Minoti Gomes Mr. Mazhar Hossain Chowdhury Ms. Dona Sanyal ....for the petitioner Mr. Neguive Ahmed, learned APP Ms. Sima Biswas ... for the State 1.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submit he is in custody for 57 days. It is also submitted there was a romantic relationship between the petitioner and victim. He prays for bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner was a married person. He suppressed his marital status and cohabited with the minor. In view of the aforesaid conduct and the nature of the offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
