This matter has been placed in the list at the instance THURSDAY Court : CB-07 Item : AD-04 Status : CORRECTION ID : 266057 AR : NANDY of the Respondent nos. 1 & 2, seeking the following corrections of the judgment dated 02.09.2025:- i) In the 7th & 8th line of paragraph 33 of the aforesaid judgment, the reference 'Dr. Arun sarkar (supra)' should be replaced with 'The Governing Body of Bankim Sardar College (supra)'.

ii) In the later part of the aforesaid judgment the words 'respondent nos. 1 & 2' should be replaced with 'respondent nos. 3 & 4'.

Since the aforesaid mistakes are apparent and ministerial in nature, Office is directed to correct such mistakes as pointed out and to issue certified copy accordingly.

Other portion of the judgment dated 02.09.2025 shall remain unchanged.

This order may be read conjointly with the order dated 02.09.2025.
