This matter appears for correction.

In order dated 20.02.2024 at page 11, there are some arithmetical error in the computation of calculation. In the last line of page 11 the nonpecuniary damages was written as "Rs.50,000/-" it should be read as "Rs.1,50,000/-". At page 12 the total of compensation was erroneously written as "Rs.15,12,608/-"

it should be read as "Rs.15,22,608/-" in 3rd line the total award was written erroneously again as "Rs.15,12,608/- it should be read as "Rs.15,22,608/-".

The rest portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Let the instant order shall be made a part of the order passed by this Court on 20.02.2024. (Subhendu Samanta, J.)
