This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the school authorities and the State authorities in granting the full salary to the petitioner including the arrear salaries.

I have heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the materials placed on record. Accordingly, I direct the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Medinipur to consider the representation of the petitioner (page 62 Annexure-P/13), and after granting an opportunity of hearing to the school authorities and the petitioner to pass a reasoned order within a period of ten weeks from date. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner and the school authorities within a week of passing of the same.

With these above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
