Report of the police states that the wife of the petitioner is staying at the paternal house of the wife.

Since the petitioner is aware of the location of the wife, we find this writ petition to be frivolous. WPA (H)/22 of 2026 is, therefore, dismissed with costs assessed at Rs.50,000/- to be paid to

the State Legal Services Authority, Kolkata within seven days. In the event of default, the District Magistrate, Nadia will recover the amount from the writ petitioner as arrears of land revenue.
