In fact, the alleged contemnor has submitted a report pertaining to an assessment of the appellant in terms of the order dated March 16, 2022. We further find therefrom that she was further asked for a test for specific learning disorder on March 21, 2022 but thereafter she did not turn up and, therefore, the testing could not be carried out. Since the petitioner has candidly submitted before this Court that the instant application has virtually become infructuous, we do not intend to proceed further with the instant contempt application.

The same being CPAN 255 of 2022 is hereby dismissed.
