Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail. Accordingly, condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner, that is, not to enter the jurisdiction of Taldangra P.S till disposal of the trial is modified and he is directed to meet the Officer in Charge, Taldangra P.S once in a month until further orders. Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
