The matter has been brought to the list at the instance of the learned Advocate for the petitioner for correction of some typographical errors in the order dated March 18, 2025.

In the cause title of the said order, the year of the writ petition number '24' be deleted and the same be replaced by the number '25' and in the fourth paragraph at the second page of the said order the year of the writ petition number '24' also be replaced by the number '25'.

Other portion(s) of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the manner as indicated above in the said order as well as in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
