Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged four complaints with the police. The police are inactive.

Learner Senior Standing Counsel for the State submits that, of the four complaints, three do not disclose commission of any cognizable offence. One that discloses commission of cognizable offence was registered as a First Information Report and on completion of investigation charge sheet submitted. Apparently, there are disputes between the private parties with regard to a development agreement. Four complaints were lodged by the petitioner. Of the four, three do not disclose commission of any cognizable offence. Of the one, which discloses commission of cognizable offence, the same was

registered as a FIR and a charge sheet submitted in respect thereto.

The police acting in the manner, as noted above, further interference by a writ court is not called for. WPA 6429 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as costs.
