.....petitioners None appears for the petitioners even in virtual mode. No accommodation is proposed.
Yesterday, nobody appeared for the petitioners, when the matter was called on for hearing.
Petitioners appear to have lost their interest over this case. This revisional application is relatable to 2011, wherein the impugned order passed under Section 144 Cr.P.C., in connection with M.P. Case No.50 of 2012 of learned Executive Magistrate, Arambagh is under challenge.
By the impugned order, Inspector-in-Charge, Arambagh Police Station was directed to see the present status of the suit land be maintained with a further direction that there is no breach of peace committed, and police upon enquiry to submit a report for that purpose after holding a necessary inquiry. That being the position, the Court finds no justifiable reasons to get it adjourned any more.
The revisional application being C.R.R.717 of 2012 accordingly stands dismissed for default.
Department is directed to communicate this order to the concerned learned Executive Magistrate for necessary information within a week from hence.
