The present application has been preferred for relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail, as incorporated in the order dated 5th March, 2019 passed in CRM No.2371 of 2019.

Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials on record.

It appears that in terms of the order dated 5th March, 2019 passed in CRM No.2371 of 2019, the petitioner has surrendered before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. Upon conclusion of investigation charge sheet has also been filed. In view thereof, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 5th March, 2019 passed in CRM No.2371 of 2019 to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet with the investigating officer once in a week until further orders', is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

With the above observations and directions, the application being CRAN No.1 of 2021 is disposed of.
