1. Petitioner is the de facto complainant. He assails order granting interim bail.
2. As the order is an interlocutory one and the matter has not been finally disposed of, we give liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the learned sessions judge at the time of confirmation of bail.
3. Learned sessions judge shall consider the issue of confirmation of bail at the earliest and not later than 30 days from the date the petitioner approaches the said court seeking cancellation of bail.
4. With this observation, application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
