Petitioners complain of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are senior citizens. The son of the petitioners obtained a deed of gift fraudulently from the petitioners.

The State and the private respondents are represented.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submit that his clients are in occupation of the second floor of the immovable property and that the petitioners are in occupation of the ground floor. He submits that his clients did not cause any disturbance to the occupation and enjoyment of the ground floor occupied by the petitioners.

The submission on behalf of the private respondents that they will not disturb the occupation and possession of the petitioners in the ground floor of the property concerned is placed on record. The private parties are at liberty to avail their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

WPA 6437 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
