The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be taken on record.

The report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application on the allegation that in spite of the order passed by the appellate authority, the State Chief Information Commissioner, West Bengal and the first appellate authority dated June 25, 2019, the respondent no. 2 failed to supply the information. The matter was taken up for hearing on November 13, 2025 and as per the prayer made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the case was adjourned.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer has filed the report stating that no document is available and the same is informed to the petitioner.

The petitioner has confirmed that he has received the report from the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer dated 26.11.2025. As the petitioner has already received

the information as per the direction passed by the State Chief Information Commissioner, West Bengal as well as the First Appellate Authority, thus nothing remains in the writ application.

Accordingly, WPA 4515 of 2020 is disposed of. (Krishna Rao, J.)
