The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that her application dated 1st December, 2020, being annexure "P-6" to the writ petition, under the Right to Information Act, is pending and has not been disposed of till date though the time stipulated under the Right to Information Act has already expired.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the aforesaid representation, being annexure "P-6" to the writ petition, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
