Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the representation which is Annexure P-10 of the writ application dated 21st January, 2021 has not been considered by the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Chinsurah Hooghly till date. He raised objection regarding the timetable of the vehicle bearing no. WB 17N/2530 plying on the route from Tarakeshwar to Bankura. The owner of WB-17N/2530 is present before me.

I direct the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Chinsurah, Hooghly to consider the

representation being Annexure P-10 of the writ application after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondent no.5 within a period of ten weeks from date and communicate the decision to both the parties within a period of two weeks thereafter. With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
