Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, there was a free fight between the first petitioner and the de-facto complainant.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that, there was a dismemberment of two fingers of one of the victims.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the injury suffered by the victims, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1448 of 2022 is dismissed.
