The petitioner renews his prayer for bail after such prayer was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 18-01-2021 in CRM 113 of 2021. The petitioner submits that all other co-accused persons have been granted bail. The petitioner has been falsely implicated. Charge-sheet has been submitted. He is in custody since 22nd October, 2020. The State refers to the Case Diary including the statements of witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code.

We have considered the material in the Case Diary. Prima facie, there is sufficient incriminating material against the petitioner to connect him with the alleged offence. The petitioner was absconding since 2011 and was arrested on 22nd October, 2020.

Having considered the material in the Case Diary and the extent of involvement of the petitioner in the alleged

crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail being CRM 2357 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
