Petitioner renews the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on January 6, 2022 passed in CRM (A) 2 of 2022.

There is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection.

Filing of charge sheet per se cannot be construed as a material change in circumstances.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 783 of 2024 is dismissed.
