1. Present petition has been filed for quashing of proceeding being Misc. Case No. 157 of 2024.

2. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding before the competent court of law.

3. Liberty is granted.

4. All the contentions are left open. Petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court in the appeal.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of this case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be in expression on the merits of the case.

6. Certified copy be also returned to the petitioner.

7. This petition is disposed of.
