CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 734 of 2012 In the matter of : Anil Kumar Meyur & anr. .....petitioners. In Re : An application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 18th January, 2012 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah in connection with Misc. Case No. 105 of 2012 under Sections 144/107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Record reflects that subsequent to the order dated 18.01.2012, another order was passed on 27th January, 2012. The said order reflects that an enquiry is to be conducted by the Officer-in-Charge, Amta Police Station.

Having regard to the nature of the proceedings and the fact that the revisional application is pending for more than 9 years, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 734 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
