In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authority.

Mr. Roy, learned Advocate, who usually appears for the Commission, is present in Court. He is requested to take up this matter on behalf of the Commission. Let his appointment be regularized.

The petitioner's grievance is that her application for transfer on the ground of medical (self & child) has not been considered and is pending since December, 2021. However, since a considerable period of time has lapsed, the attending facts and circumstances may have changed.

In view thereof, the petitioner is granted liberty to make such an application in the prescribed format in the offline mode by June 15, 2026 since the 'UTSASHREE' portal is presently suspended. The said application shall be considered by the school authority, after conducting the necessary verification by

the concerned BMOH, and if found eligible, will forward such application along with the requisite declaration and 'No Objection' certificate to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) by July 15, 2026.

With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
