Petitioner is granted liberty to take out appropriate application before the jurisdictional court. So far as the order dated 18.01.2024 is concerned, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same. A Judicial Magistrate has got nothing to do with the recording of voice sample. If the learned trial court feels that such a voice sample is necessary, for the ends of justice appropriate orders be passed upon the authorities concerned who can record the voice sample.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 913 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
