The report reflects that the case has been fixed on 15th March, 2022 for consideration of charge before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur.
In view of the allegations, which are available on record, and the facts of the case that the banking system has been manipulated by the accused persons, I am not inclined to interfere with the merits of the case at this stage.
Accordingly, the present revisional application CRR 642 of 2019 is dismissed.
All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any is, hereby, vacated.
