Fundamental issue involved in this revisional application is a prayer for expeditious disposal of application for injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure along with application Under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure pending before the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the date fixed by the Court positively Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 2nd Court,
